Cellphones, Social Media the Topic of Parent Workshop

If you are a parent or guardian whose student has a cellphone and/or is on social media, this parent education night is for you. Our presenters will talk about the impact of screen time on students and share some common-sense ways in which parents can manage it. Setting Sensible Limits to Cellphone and Social Media Use will take place on Tuesday, October 15, at 6:00 p.m. in the multi-use room of Orcutt Academy High School, 610 Pinal Avenue in Old Orcutt.
